A White Winter {Julie Chen Photography – Downers Grove Photography – Hinsdale Photography}

It has really been a beautiful white winter here in the suburbs of Chicago. I photographed this family two weeks before Christmas on a *gulp* 17 degree day. We were on their grandmother’s beautiful front porch and french doors opened to their warm living room, so the kids would take turns popping in & out of the house for their photos to be taken. I also learned they are a die hard hockey family, so maybe that is why they were so great in the cold?

I just LOVE how they turned out. Winter photography is fun! I adore those warm smiles.
